The secondary school is looking for a Teacher of Maths who can immerse themselves in the role to inspire and enhance students' understanding and knowledge of the Maths curriculum and can contribute not only to the academic achievement of their students but also work towards the goals of the Maths department and school as a whole.
This job is for a full time vacancy and is to start September 2024. All applicants must be available and eligible to work full time and available to start in September with potential for interview before the end of the current academic year.

To be successful in the Teacher of Maths role, you should:
- (Must) Hold QTS qualification or equivalent.
- (Must) Hold a Maths qualification.
- (Must) Hold eligibility to work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad).
- Previous experience teaching KS3/ KS4.
- Previous experience teaching the Maths curriculum.
- A passion for Maths!
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
As a Teacher of Maths, you will be:
- Creating and presenting inspiring Maths lessons.
- Complete risk assessments and preparations for practicals.
- Marking and assessing students' work.
- Ensure students are working towards objectives and the Maths curriculum.
- Manage the classroom to support all students' learning needs.
- Build rapport with your students and other members of the Maths department.
