Pay Rate: $24.07 hourly to $30.94 hourly based on experience
Working hours: Monday Friday 8:30 5:00pm (0vertime may be required)

Responsibilities
As a Tax Operations Analyst you will be responsible for:
Execute day to day activities within Canadian Tax Operations Team Wealth Management Canada while working closely with various tax team members to contribute to accurate tax slips generation, client mailings, and filing with relevant tax authorities
(CRA/MRQ) to meet the regulatory deadlines.
Support tax teams, perform data inputs on various tax reports, escalate any issues as appropriate, and document and address in timely manner.
Support tax mailings, printing and filing of necessary documents.
Adhere to regulatory tax reporting requirements.
Perform various ad-hoc duties and assist with management of multiple project tasks in the department
Qualifications
Must Haves
•Strong attention to detail
•Highly motivated, detailed, and deadline orientated
•Strong team player, resolute for team’s success
•Good Excel, V-lookup and macros, self motivated
