- Prepare and review invoices created by staff, and assist Directors in collecting receivables.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate staff members.
- Conduct training sessions for staff.
- Help organize seminars and workshops.

- Understand and ensure staff compliance with standard procedures for TP purposes, including document filing and server saving.
TP Assignments
- Draft and review proposals and complete client acceptance forms, coordinating with clients to define the scope of work and estimate fees.
- Prepare and review kick-off meeting slides and interview questionnaires for Functions, Assets & Risk (FAR) Analysis.
- Participate in interviews and document verbal information provided by interviewees, with interviews conducted across various locations in Malaysia and occasionally in neighboring countries.
- Review comparable searches for TP assignments, including financial statement reviews and financial results analysis.
- Draft and review TP Documentation Reports and Comparable Study Reports, conducting or reviewing necessary research.
- Manage and meet all internal and client-set deadlines.
- Discuss issues with the Executive Director.
- Address review points raised by Executive Directors.
- Ensure all review points are resolved and important information is documented and filed.
- Ensure deliverables sent to the client for review are thorough and accurate.
TP Advisory Work
- Draft and review proposals and client acceptance forms.
- Conduct research or review staff research results.
- Draft and review advisory documents.
- Liaise with the IRB on TP audit and investigation issues.
- Manage and meet all internal and client-set deadlines.
- Discuss issues with the engagement team.
- Address review points raised by Executive Directors.
- Ensure all review points are resolved and important information is documented and filed.
- Ensure deliverables sent to the client for review are thorough and accurate.
Other Tax Work
- Assist with corporate tax compliance and advisory tasks as needed.
Training
- Attend all training sessions and prepare adequately.
- Revise training materials and study relevant subjects to enhance knowledge.
- Conduct training sessions for staff as applicable.
Staff Guidance and Supervision
- Provide clear job setup instructions to staff, including scope discussion and necessary guidance.
- Discuss technical points with staff and share knowledge on relevant issues.
- Monitor staff progress and work status regularly to ensure efficiency and address time management issues or task difficulties.
Personal Development and Marketing
- Independently conduct meetings with clients and relevant authorities as needed.
- Identify new work opportunities from existing clients.
- Identify and arrange meetings with target clients.
- Contribute articles to journals.
- Speak at external seminars and workshops to raise personal profile.
- Assist in client workshops and training sessions.
- Stay updated on technical and business developments.
Qualifications/Education & Work Experience
- Minimum degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CIA).
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
