Responsibilities
Process tax-related documentation for the organization.
Interact with tax authorities to resolve tax discrepancies.
Manage and audit inventories according to company procedures.
Communicate findings to superiors and interact with other analysts, external auditors, and tax employees.
Review and analyze company data to optimize tax benefits.
Create informative reports for executives and ensure tax compliance.
Implement tax-planning strategies and review submitted tax documents.
Recommend improvements to compliance processes and minimize tax risks by following strict policies.
Identify and evaluate tax costs and savings using various company attributes and expenses.
Calculate the company's owed taxes, process, and file tax returns.
Analyze the company's tax policies to ensure legal compliance.
Oversee the preparation and conduct of audits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Previous experience in tax analysis or a related role preferred.
Certification in tax or accounting (CPA, CMA) is a plus.
