We are looking for candidates with first experience in the field of recruitment and very good knowledge of French and English.

- Executing an effective and innovative sourcing strategy to identify good quality candidates,
- Conducting complex Boolean searches within various platforms, job boards, and various social media channels,
- Reviewing job applications,
- Engaging with candidates via phone, e-mail, text messages, social media platforms etc.,
- Conducting phone interviews and assessing candidates against position requirements,
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs (in collaboration with Recruitment Partner),
- Staying up to date on recruitment market news and marketing activities,
- Support recruiters in developing talent attraction campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Level of French: min. B2 (upper-intermediate)
- Level of English: min. B2 (upper-intermediate)
- Strong administrative skills (computer usage proficiency),
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
