This position is part of the Talent & Learning team, with a dual focus. First, it involves attracting top talent to the Japan organization by effectively communicating and utilizing our Employee Value Proposition while proactively sourcing the best candidates. Secondly, the role is responsible for identifying the capability needs and strategic learning priorities of various functions to ensure we are developing the necessary skills for the future.With a strong passion for talent management and learning, and a belief in people, you will collaborate with HRBPs to execute strategic ideas and processes aimed at maximizing organizational capabilities, while ensuring employees remain engaged and competent in their roles.Talent Acquisition:•Drive the activation of the Employee Value Proposition both internally and externally.•Attract and recruit the right talent for the organization.•Support Line Managers throughout the recruitment process.•Maintain a long-term perspective on talent needs and actively scout for potential candidates.Talent Development:•Provide input on talent strategies and policies.•Participate in the annual Talent Review and Succession Planning cycle.•Manage the talent pool with a clear vision of anticipating future needs and available talent.•Work with Global Mobility and talent teams on hiring and relocating international talent to Japan through the corporate network.•Contribute to various projects as needed.HR Cycles:•Lead the reporting needs for Talent Acquisition and Learning.•Support the implementation of the HR Cycle 5C (Set your Objectives, Plan your Development, Regular Catch-Ups, Assess your Performance, Understand your Compensation), as required.Learning:•Identify the functional capability needs within your portfolio and develop learning solutions by leveraging both global and local resources.•Manage and facilitate the Dan Discovery Induction Program.•Oversee onboarding learning initiatives, including digital and classroom training.•Manage eLearning resources for all employees and new hires, including reviewing and updating content, content creation, and gathering feedback from employees and HR.•Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.•Support any learning needs, from content creation to delivery for new hires.•Customize global learning programs and activities to meet the needs of Japan.•Lead the design or enhancement of learning programs, aligning them with Global and Regional priorities.•Partner with HRBPs and Team Leaders to assess collective learning needs and deliver tailored training programs using expertise and available solutions.•Design and implement procedures to gather post-learning feedback, providing analysis and recommendations based on trends, in partnership with the Learning Coordinator and Learning Managers.•Facilitate training programs as necessary.

• Proven expertise in Learning & Development, encompassing learning design, program implementation, and training logistics.
• Skilled in various Talent Management functions such as Acquisition, Development, and Succession Planning.
• Strong ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English and Japanese.
• Extensive project management experience, complemented by excellent organizational skills.
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on producing high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player who remains patient, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
