Qualifications and Experience
•Bachelor’s or degree (or equivalent)
•At least 3 years of experience in talent development, preferably within a consulting firm
Key Skills
•Strong negotiation skills and ability to challenge partners and headquarters
•In-depth knowledge of learning and development best practices
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
•Ability to establish oneself as a strategic business partner to senior management
•Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with integrity, consistency, and fairness
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
•Team-oriented mindset, thriving in a multicultural environment
