Talent Development involves strategically attracting, onboarding, developing, motivating, and retaining employees to ensure they grow into engaged, satisfied, and highly productive members of the organization.This Roles Duties will include: •Change Management•Strategic Communication•Onboarding Management•Driving Employee Engagement•Developing In-House Training Programs•Measuring Training EffectivenessResponsibilities•Identify learning and development needs within the organization through job analysis, annual reviews, and regular consultations with managers and staff; gather input from Partners and Principals.•Validate the learning and development plan and budget with the direction, the head of HR, and the Budget Unit.•Monitor the progress of the plan and budget; regularly evaluate and continuously improve the efficiency and quality of learning and development activities in alignment with the Head Office in Europe.•Provide support and advice to talents throughout the entire process.•Implement and monitor best practices in performance appraisal and competence management.•Develop and maintain internal communication tools to explain, promote, and support organizational transformation.•Assess Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the organization; promote and enhance policies to foster DEI among all talents.•Monitor and implement HR best practices from international organizations.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent development
•Ability to collaborate with both local and global stakeholders
•Knowledge of learning and development best practices
•Strong analytical skills
•Proficient in oral and written communication in both Japanese and English
•Ability to position oneself as a key business partner with senior management
•Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality, consistency, and fairness
•Excellent listening skills and the ability to form effective working relationships
•Strong team player in a multicultural environment
