Talent Delivery Manager (Quality Auditor)
As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that business operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and accuracy. You will be responsible for reviewing and auditing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to ensure adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining consistent quality across all processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
... - Audit Processes: Perform regular quality audits on business processes, systems, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify Improvement Areas: Analyze audit findings to identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all processes meet organizational and legal standards and that corrective actions are implemented for non-compliance.
- Report Findings: Prepare detailed reports on audit results, including key findings, risks, and recommendations for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal departments (such as operations, HR, and compliance teams) to communicate audit results and drive process improvements.
- Maintain Audit Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date audit records, findings, and corrective actions.
- Training & Development: Support training initiatives to educate staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Process Optimization: Recommend and help implement process changes that improve efficiency and quality.
- Quality Standards: Ensure that products and services meet client expectations and the organization’s quality objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, quality management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 6-9 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
- Auditing Expertise: Proven experience in conducting quality audits, including data analysis, risk identification, and reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess processes, identify weaknesses, and develop corrective action plans.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure that processes and operations meet quality standards.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing quality issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing audit reports and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams to implement improvements.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple audit projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using audit software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other data analysis tools.
Nature of Job and Reporting:
- Client-Facing Role: Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- On-site Work: Involvement in working closely with global teams across regions (APAC, NAM, EMEA).
- Reporting To: Director/Sr. Director of Client Delivery.
