Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Responsible for the full cycle recruitment of roles at various levels, especially for technical roles
- Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with your hiring managers
- You analyze the hiring manager, business needs as well as labor market insight and translate them into an agreed recruitment approach, aimed at the fulfillment of the needs within time and quality constraints
- You source and attract relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Phenom and additional innovative tools
- You select and interview suitable candidates using competency-based interview techniques and, if necessary, other tests. Also, you ensure the proposed candidate(s) are interviewed and evaluated by the business in line with the agreed recruitment approach.
- Job offer management
- Partner with hiring managers across the Netherlands organization
- Liaise with HR colleagues from Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, HR Shared Service Center, HR Business Partners, etc.
- Work on strategic initiatives such as proactive sourcing, nurturing talent pools, diversity & inclusion
