•Proficiency in recruitment software, data reporting tools, and candidate engagement strategies.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive talent acquisition initiatives.
•Proven ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to enhance recruitment processes.
•A proactive mindset with a passion for contributing to the success and growth of the talent acquisition team.
•Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
•Language proficiency: Fluency in Japanese is required; business-level English is preferred.
