- participate in global projects and implementation of new solutions;
- contribute to process improvements to provide an outstanding candidates’ experience.
- excellent spoken and written English;
- fluent level of Spanish and/or Portuguese;
- at least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment/HR or a similar role;
- a person with strong organizational skills and self-motivated individual;
- experience in collaboration with different type of stakeholders;
- very good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
