about the role
They are currently looking for a TA Specialist to join their team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-
- Oversee the entire hiring process, from planning to interviews, ensuring timely and successful recruitment with hiring managers' collaboration.
- Develop talent pools through research, referrals, events, and effective use of recruitment channels and social media.
- Improve recruitment methods, recommend hiring standards, and use tools to reduce hiring time and costs.
- Provide insights from candidate assessments to assist managers in making informed hiring choices.
- Monitor recruitment progress, create reports, and work with stakeholders to meet business needs and handle ad-hoc tasks.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the Partner, working closely with the Operations Manager.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the accounting and audit industry. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
