Responsibilities
• source top quality talent by employing the latest and most innovative research techniques to identify potential top quality candidates utilizing multiple avenues including internet search engines, Boolean searches, database searches, social media, referral networks, and 3rd Party Agencies.
• Build a strategic and targeted sourcing plan for each job requisition based on research results. Critically and accurately assess candidate capabilities employing best practices in interviewing to discern and identify the highest quality and most qualified candidates from the sourced pool.
• Persuasively sell the WMC employment value proposition to the identified candidates by using influencing skills and create a positive experience for each candidate contacted.
• Identify requirements, target budget, and service timelines and act as Talent Advisor to business leaders, thorough job intake meeting with the hiring business leader and respective People Manager.
• Assess talent according to the needs of the business and recommend a short list of potential candidates and influences business leaders on the highest quality candidates that meet the current and future capability needs and cultural and values fit of the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring business leaders and People Managers if sourcing or assessment efforts are deemed not effective and will address market conditions, potential challenges with role requirements or skill to budget constraints and recommends alternative solutions.
• Partner with hiring business leaders and People Managers to make final hiring decisions and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Create a positive experience for each hiring business leader building credibility for the department and function.
