Talent Sourcing: Utilize your network & expertise to source, assess, & match candidates with our clients' needs.

Client Engagement: Foster enduring relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment needs & delivering tailored candidates' shortlists.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive journey for job seekers, guiding them through the recruiting process.

Team Spirit & Engagement: Promote a collaborative team spirit, providing industry knowledge & support to the recruitmnet consultants to achieve collective goals.

• 2 years of experience in Hospitality & Tourism recruitment

• Genuine interest in target-driven roles & a deep understanding of the recruitment cycle.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for exceeding sales & recruitment targets.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to clients & candidates.

• University degree in Tourism, or equivalent (Masters degree would be a plus)
• Fluency in Greek/English written & spoken
• ATS systems' literacy
