Key Responsibilities:

• Build talent pools through database mining, networking, and strategic sourcing.
• Develop pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for successful outcomes and positive experiences.
• Provide interview support and educate stakeholders on the recruitment process.
• Execute recruitment campaigns and manage candidate expectations.
• Stay updated on market trends and follow best recruitment practices.
• Offer recruitment expertise and coaching to hiring managers.

Employment Brand:

• Collaborate with People & Culture and Communications teams on employer brand strategy.
• Promote the employer brand and lead branding activities like career events.

Essential:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands in a busy environment to meet ambitious deadlines.
• Thrive in a high pressure fast paced environment.
• Proactive and takes initiative.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and change.
• Remains calm under pressure.

Desirable:

• Recruiting experience in the technical, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience with Job Adder.
• Tertiary HR qualification or equivalent preferred.

Things to note:

• Office based role Monday to Friday (no work from home)
• 6 month fixed term contract
