your role:
Assists in building a strong candidate pipeline strategy for the Organization and supports Talent
Management, Workforce Planning and Diversity Policy by executing indirect and direct candidate sourcing
and proactive development of talent pools.
Liaises with hiring managers to review role profiles and to ensure that role responsibilities and candidate
specifications are up-to-date and relevant and develops candidate and recruitment agency briefings to
attract high-quality candidates.
Attracts candidates by using sources such as databases and social media, for open positions at all
organizational levels of fixed term or short-term contracts.
Analyzes the requirements of a job, carries out online research and telephone interviews to screen, filter,
select and validate candidate applications.
Supports the creation of assessment centers (if applicable) and tailors pre-existing assessment exercises,
adjusting content as directed as well as drafts documentation, records assessment observations and
provides feedback to line management.
Organizes and supervises administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring that all relevant information
for new employees is recorded.
Supports the interview of candidates and ensures the provision of feedback into the selection process,
following a specified interview framework and/or administer work simulations and administers scores of
evidence against recruitment criteria.
