This company is looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment process for our remote team. You will be fully remote/WFH , and will be expected to support the recruitment/hiring process regionally for Malaysia, and providing minor support for the hiring process to the other offices in other regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for remote roles.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth on boarding process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in remote hiring.
- Past experience in a recruitment agency is highly preferred, (at least 1 years)
- Candidate must have strong fluency in Mandarin, English and Malay, as you will be required to support hiring needs in Mandarin speaking countries.
