... The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of the organization's talent acquisition efforts. This includes developing and implementing effective recruiting and hiring processes to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent aligned with the company's needs and culture. The Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements and optimize the talent pipeline.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future staffing needs
- Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, optimize job descriptions, and enhance the candidate experience
- Implement innovative recruiting methods and leverage various channels, platforms, and technologies to identify qualified candidates
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers to build a high-performing talent acquisition function
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure and continuously improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts
- Stay current on employment trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to align talent acquisition with organizational goals and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, in-house recruitment experience is a must
- Ability to drive and support the recruitment of the share service/ office function in the group level
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates
- Ability to manage the full cycle of hiring, from requisition to offer stage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Experience with high-volume hires is a plus
