As a TA Specialist, you will

-Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates for various positions within the organization
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making job offers
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
-Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
-Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
-Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisionsskills & experiences required.
-Degree or above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
-Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, prior exposure in the industrial/manufacturing industry is preferred
-Candidates who are more senior will be considered as a Senior Specialist
-Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
-Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
-Flexibility to be on business trips when required
-Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
