With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a TA Specialist to join the team in Banting.This role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
about the manager and team
You will be reporting directly to the Director, working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of TA experience. You have a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and job boards. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
