ABOUT THE ROLE • Coach and mentor the Talent Acquisition team throughout end-to-end recruitment functions (i.e. sourcing, screening, building pipelines, interviewing, forming and negotiating offers, etc.) • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and recruiters to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving recruitment strategies across branding, events, employee referral and sourcing channels. • Fully manage a world-class candidate experience and the end-to-end recruitment process, including pre-briefings, interview stages and results, offer acceptance, and sharing real-time feedback • Managing and supporting your team using key metrics (Time to hire/fill) to assess you and your team’s performance • Manage internal and external communication and promotion of upcoming roles and recruitment needs: including refining and editing job posts to attract talent • Manage the cleanliness of data for you and your teams requisitions Workable • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, as needed, to support the talent acquisition efforts
