Responsibilities:
- Perform full-vehicle NVH analysis, including modal analysis, frequency response analysis, and acoustic sensitivity studies.
- Lead design concept with NVH design principal (Design guide) to make sure that we have right isolator/ dampen component to have first time right truck.
- Develop engineering concepts for Assemblies/ Sub-assemblies for proper integration in truck frame.
- Develop component/ sub system level requirements from truck/ System level requirements
- Develop, construct, and validate complex vehicle system-level CAE models using tools such as Ansys.
- Analyze and interpret simulation results to provide actionable insights for design improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Power train/ Hydraulic/Structure-Frame/ Cab & truck Integrations teams) to integrate CAE findings into product development cycles.
