About the Role:
Our client is looking for someone to join their team and fill their backend Administration role and join the team based in Tomago. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, liaising with different departments whilst contributing to a productive, high performing team culture.
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Following up on orders
- Data Entry and Filing
- Customer Care
- Directing calls and messages to the proper department
Experience/Work Rights:
- Full working rights
- MS Suite experience
- Switchboard/call center experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
