They are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to drive impactful change within their Japanese operations.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be at the forefront of delivering large-scale sustainability projects in Japan, focusing on decarbonization and energy-saving initiatives. You will manage all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning and design through to construction and closeout. You'll build strong client relationships, ensuring successful project implementation and exceeding customer expectations. ■Requirements
・Undergraduate degree in a technical field or related discipline.
・Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management, ideally within sustainability or energy-saving sectors.
・Experience managing complex projects (50k - 1m EUR budget) in a demanding environment.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
・Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
・Strong understanding of sustainability technologies and practices is essential.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
