About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Surveyor to join a large housing provider in Yeovil. You'll play a key role in ensuring our homes are safe, well-maintained, and that our residents feel supported. Working across Hampshire, Berkshire, Somerset, Devon, and Dorset, you'll handle property surveys and customer support with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
Salary: Up to £46,200 + Company Vehicle
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Yeovil

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and surveys to identify maintenance issues, including damp, mould, and structural concerns.
- Manage a caseload of responsive repairs, ensuring quality work and timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, residents, and stakeholders to minimize disruption.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and specifications for repair work, maintaining budget and cost efficiency.
- Continuously seek improvement opportunities to enhance housing services.
Requirements:
- Degree or HND/HNC in Building Surveying or related field
- Strong people skills and a commitment to quality
