Your Role:
As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant, you will be essential in delivering compassionate care and supporting our patients daily needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Monitoring and reporting vital signs and changes in patient condition.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the care environment.
- Supporting the nursing team with administrative tasks and patient care documentation.
- Building positive relationships with patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months UK , HCA - Health care assistant experience in the past 3 years [Preferably in the NHS]
- Full in-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Training and immunisations
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
