Randstad's Tailored Localised Care (TLC) service provides rapid-response, high-quality support for young people and adults with complex and high-risk needs. Our work includes supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, learning disabilities, CSE risks, and challenging behaviours.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking highly skilled Support Workers with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Complex mental health services
- Children's residential care
- Youth Offending Services (YOS)
- Substance misuse support
- Leaving care services
- Crisis intervention and high-risk behaviours
The Role:
- Deliver intensive, person-centred support in crisis, residential, and home settings
- Support individuals with complex behaviours, emotional distress, and safeguarding concerns
- Provide consistency, routine, and stability to those at risk of placement breakdown
- Work closely with social workers, health care professionals, and local authorities to ensure the best outcomes
- Adapt quickly to new environments and respond effectively to high-pressure situations

What You Need:
- Extensive experience in at least one of the specialist areas listed above
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, crisis support, and trauma-informed care
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to build positive relationships with vulnerable individuals
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Flexibility to work across Bristol, the South West, and South Wales
