You'll leverage your Azure expertise to not only troubleshoot issues but also proactively recommend improvements and enhancements to client systems. ■Requirements
・Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
・Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
・Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the Microsoft Azure platform.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
