key responsibilities
- Maintain excellent daily administrative follow-up for the rental of models and simulators, ensuring accuracy in booking, ordering, and organizing rentals.
- Keep stock levels of necessary samples for training up to date.
- Organize logistics for all models, simulators, and samples for educational activities, including sending, preparing, controlling, receiving, and performing basic repairs.
- Maintain all educational tools, including models, simulators, and samples.
- Organize invoices for shipments or returns of damaged products.
- Structure and organize the inventory of spare parts and models.
- Set up and dismantle models during educational events at the headquarters.

qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a keen eye for detail and accuracy and can work independently.
- Possesses skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. SAP access is provided, but prior knowledge of the models is not required.
- Has a good command of spoken and written English.
- Is comfortable working in an office-based environment.
- Can regularly lift models weighing up to 30 kg, which may involve moving heavy boxes and accessing items from height (using a step stool).
