your tasks
- conducting periodic monitoring of KPIs and indicators important for the team's performance,
- support for all topics related to planning/logistics,
- responsibility for building and monitoring the annual budget for department inventories, old products, costs and services,
- supplier management in cooperation with the purchasing team and global operations,
- ensuring excellent communication with key stakeholders,
- management and control of inventory positions at the client's,
- introducing improvements and developing standards to optimize team efficiency and productivity,
- focusing on employee development, improving team capabilities and commitment,
- team support in crisis situations,

what we expect
- 2-3 years of Supply Chain/Logistics expertise gained within an international environment
(ideally service logistics or electronics), - 1-2 years of experience in team management as a Team Leader or Manager in a similar industry,
- higher education,
- have a strong command in English (C1 level),
- knowledge of SAP will be a plus,
- advanced skills in Excel,
- you are a team player with key management skills and with the ability to effectively communicate & influence others.
