Lead supply planning and data analysis for a dynamic global sportswear company!■About the companyOur client is a well-established, global leader in the sportswear industry, known for its high-quality products and commitment to innovation. They offer a collaborative and supportive work environment.■Job Summary:Responsible for supply planning and inventory/data analysis and feed the required information for global procurement team to support production. Function responsible including operational process improvements, KPIs tracking, and inventory guideline establishment.■Responsibilities:Supply Plan for all brands- Execute buying to fulfill demand at right time and right place- Maintain product flow plan collaborating Global Supply Planning team (GSP)- Publish monthly FOB Update- Act as a Liaison between GSP and regional DP for delivery related questions (late deliveries, no supply, expediting etc.)- Communicate and provide high level visibility on seasonal deliveries to cross-functional partnersAnalysis, information and recommendation for decision making- Develop Inventory forecast with revenue forecast, buy plan and factory outlet channel’s inventory forecast- Continuously analyze and provide visibility on the current business status and make recommendation on inventory improvement and decision making- Drive improvements by analyzing and tracking supply chain KPIs and recommending the planning procedures- Build key account’s sales plan by SKU based on order booking and store inventoryIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply now.We look forward to hearing from you.#LI-Hybrid

■Basic Qualifications:
・Bachelor’s degree or above
・Typically requires 3 years functional experience
・Proficient in planning and operations process, tools and systems
・Strong analytical skills, knowledge and ability to use
・Significant experience using MS excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI skill preferred)
・Effective communication skill in Japanese and English
・Leadership to lead major change implementation among cross functional stakeholders
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local market language, including meeting facilitation and presentations
