Requirements：
1、BS degree with a minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement or Supplier Chain Management.
2、Technical background of Electrical or Electronics , Heating Cables, Plastics, Extrusion, Casting , Machining and Powder metallurgy is preferred.
3、Good knowledge in supply chain management and solid experience of using quality tools such as : PPAP,FMEA preferred.
4、Exposure to present result and activity plans, willing to work in an international environment.
5、Willing to travel, about 20% working time on business trip.

2、Promote and manage co-development with suppliers and early supplier involvement, selection and supplier qualification process for new product development, bring supplier intelligence for design to cost & manufacturing to cost.
3、Align and deploy purchasing decision making with the current global purchasing strategy focusing on standardization, supplier concentration, and implementation.
4、Identify new technologies, new suppliers to meet gaps between needs & current supplier base, and work w/ commodity team to approve new supplier.
5、Manage prototypes procurement and payment request for Mock-up, Engineering Build’s up and Industrial Pilot Run, negotiate and contract all purchasing terms and conditions for new products mass production.
6、Manage BOM (Bill of Material) cost evolution within project frame, ensure competition to meet product target cost, conduct total cost of ownership estimation and analyze supplier quotes.
