1. Familiar with Electronic product production procedure.
2. Familiar with making and implementing production plan, purchasing plan and inventory plan.
3. Prefer the candidate who has 5 years production planning and procurement experience in the electronics manufacture.
4. Strong at data analysis, good knowledge of MS office products and google application.
5. Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin, English.
6. Strong ability of coordination, good interpersonal relation, able to work under pressure.
7. Careful thinking, logical, good to deal with emergency 0 affairs.
8. Good understanding cross-culture.
9. Able to work under pressure and result oriented.
10. Bachelor degree have good concept of supply chain.

4. Plan and create purchase requisitions based on production plan ,ensure production run non stop and shipment OTD.
5. Evaluate vendor supply capability ,fix demand-supply gap.
6. Monitor purchase plan accuracy and OTD ,track material ETA time.
7. Track PD new material development and make purchasing plans in time .Track material delivery with buyers to secure PD on time.
8. Excess material control and clean in monthly basis. Improve material turnover and keep material stock level in target.
9. Coordinate with other departments to understand plan change and material supply status.
10. Follow up quality claim and material replenish schedule to make sure material replenish in time.
11. Evaluate supplier KPI and drive suppliers to improve performance.
