■About our Client:Our client is a leading global medical device company, focused on providing high-quality solutions to improve patient outcomes. With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, our Client strive to deliver the best products to healthcare professionals worldwide. The Japan office is a key player in their operations, ensuring seamless supply chain processes across various regions.■Summary of the Position:This role will play a critical part in the supply chain team, directly reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. The successful candidate will manage key supply chain activities, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient inventory management. The role includes demand and supply planning, purchase order management, incoming shipment handling, and inventory control. You will also lead S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings and work closely with the global team to ensure smooth logistics and customer support.■Key Responsibilities:・Demand & Supply Planning: Collaborate with sales and other departments to manage demand forecasts and create supply plans using SAP and internal systems.・Purchasing Management: Place orders and manage deliveries from US headquarters based on forecasted demand, while handling invoice processing.・Logistics & Inventory Control: Coordinate with 3PL and forwarding companies to manage incoming shipments, customs clearance, and warehouse operations.・Customer Service Support: Assist with customer service tasks during peak times and holiday periods.・System Maintenance: Maintain master data and systems for supply chain-related activities.■Key Leadership Behaviors・To be able to work independently.・To take ownership of relevant contact with Global Supply Chain.・Open and Global mind set, Spirit of challenge, Candor, Proactive and dynamic team player.
求められる経験
■Required Qualifications:
・3+ years of experience working in a supply chain or equivalent organization
・Experience in requirements planning, production and purchase planning, and inventory control
・Experience using ERP systems (SAP etc.)
・Excel: Data preparation using IF functions, Vlookup, and other functions Running
■Education:
Bachelor’s degree or similar
• Scientific degree is preferable
• No hesitation to communicate in English.
■Preferred Qualifications:
・SAP utilization
・Working experiences in Global operation, worked as global team member.
・Logistics (Importing) coordination
■Specialized or Essential Knowledge Required (Optional)
・Knowledge of supply chain systems and processes, especially Demand planning process.
・Strong analytical skills to manage large quantitative data with using appropriate tool such as Excel and others.
・Interpersonal skills to interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecasting process.
