Supply Chain Operations Manager at global food companyThe Supply Chain Manager will be working closely with the key stakeholders in optimizing andcontinuously improving the inventory management, route to market requirements and capability. Youwill also be leading a team to oversee the end to end supply chain process, which includes supplychain planning and managing distributors. The role will be based in Tokyo, Japan.The successful candidate will have:• Undergraduate or master’s degree; concentration in business/supply chain/logistics preferred• 10+ combined years of experience in supply chain operations experience of Japanese market.• Distribution management experience and a good understanding in 3PL• Exposure to SAP will be preferred• Good understanding in supply chain planning is a must• Great leadership and change management skills to build a high performing team in an evolvingbusiness• Understanding of FMCG industry
