They have over 50 years of history in the world and set up Hong Kong office as regional APAC office a few year ago. They are currently hiring a Supply Chain Officer to join their team. Candidates who are more senior will be considered as a senior officer.

about the job.
As a Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for
-Performing sales forecast analysis & identifying any potential risks that might occur
-Following up on customer requests and complaints: orders, deliveries, product availability, quality, etc
-Processing of orders and claims and attend to enquiries on order status
-Reviewing of monthly sales data and coming up with improvement processes
-Improving order fulfilment rate by communicating and working closely with different stakeholders
-Assisting the management in extracting data from SAP
-Monitoring the customer request date performance and eliminated the late or overdue by sales faults
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
