key responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Supply Chain manager position include:
- Select and assess suppliers, negotiate terms, and build strong partnerships while monitoring supplier performance and compliance.
- Control and monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and forecast demand to meet customer needs.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with distribution centers and 3PL partners.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain, including optimizing transportation and packaging costs.
- Utilize supply chain management software for demand planning, order tracking, and reporting.
- Identify areas for process improvement and apply best practices, including lean principles and sustainable practices.

Previous experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse management positions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management
- Excellent MS Office knowledge & ERP related systems
- Fluency in English
