We are looking for a dynamic SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR for our client in Mississauga. The ideal candidate is responsible for providing operational support to areas of the supply chain and logistics department, such as entering and reviewing operational information, utilizing databasses and systems to locate and verify information, and preparing documents for supply chain needs.
Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract - 1 year
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Location: Mississauga, ON (Argentia & Mississauga Rd) - HYBRID
Pay Rate: $25 - $27/hr

Responsibilities
- Process and maintenance of order book, order expediting, ensure end to end customer operations from replenishment to delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution and process of purchase orders and sales orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, service and process.
- Set up and maintenance of safety stock.
- Resolve issues related to deliveries and billings
- Maintenance of relevant attributes of material master and customer master
- Run queries and reports to support KPI and operation reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, management or other fields with 1-3 years relevant experience.
- Understand supply chain and business processes.
- Medium to advanced Excel. Proficient in computer applications, previous SAP experience is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Sense of urgency, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
