As a Senior Supply Chain In-season Order Management Analyst, you are able to lead and work in cross-functional teams. Furthermore, you are able to structure problems and you have strategic problem-solving skills. You are able to summarize complex findings in actionable insights and convey them to various audience.
What you bring to Nike:
- You have Supply Chain operations understanding;
- You have retail and business planning understanding;
- Exceptional data analysis skills such as: advanced manipulation of large data sets, advanced SQL, advanced statistical knowledge;
- Experience with big-data technologies is preferred (such as Snowflake);
- Solid experience in data visualization, design, development and implementation of front-end components;
- Applied experience with Visual Analytics platforms (Tableau experience is a strong plus);
- The ability to self-serve, investigate and get insights the business needs in a timely manner;
- Ability to work independently, execute large projects and take initiative to explore and solve problems with stakeholders.
what will you do
As a Sr. Supply Chain In-Season Order Management Analyst you will be driving and/or contributing to the Supply Chan In-Season Order Management team.
You will liaise with business partners across EMEA and advise them on the data & analytics solutions and opportunities that will support their strategic ambitions. You will play a key role in assessing and designing solutions for your team, while liaising with the central teams. Together with your team you will identify analytical needs / opportunities, understand drivers, and connect with analytical squads to produce the best set-up on how to implement solutions. Throughout this, you will ensure continuous alignment and communication on progress & expectations with the various teams and functions involved
What you will do:
- Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep your team as efficient as possible;
- Determine the structure and design of the front-end parts (dashboards and data visualizations) of the assigned data product;
- Develop, test and maintain the visual and interactive components of the data product's user interfaces;
- Use analytical and statistical methods to solve complex problems and drive business decisions and ensure continuous improvements within the business;
- Collect, clean, structure the right data from different sources for modelling purposes;
- Aid in developing MVPs, proof of concepts for analytical solutions, in order for development teams to scale to enterprise level;
- Assist with implementation of new decision support solutions that help the business leverage/optimalize analytical insights;
- Assist in executing large cross functional projects and other team deliverables.
