Responsibilities:
1.Lead suppliers through APQP & PPAP and FAI processes, track and push supplier to meet new project internal and customer timing plan. (KPI)
2.Participate and support actively to NPD/MCO project meetings and keep supplier engagement and cross function communication. (KPI)
3.Perform/Lead new/current supplier audits for conformance to internal & industry standards (VDA 6.3, TS, ISO, etc.)
4.Work with APAC region and global teams for APAC Supplier risk management (performance monitor, problem solving, capacity study)
5.Perform supplier on-site visits with problem shooting, PPAP review and technical discussion
6.Track current supplier quality performance in PPM, OTD, COPQ, Incident for APAC supplier and reduce relative performance % yearly. (KPI)
7.To lead supplier improvement action plan to meet business needs; monitor the progress and close the action plan on time. ( audit, train, CI plan, Kaizen) (KPI)
8.Execute Value study in support of supplier
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic/Electromechanical Engineering or relevant Engineering Degree
2.Above 8-year experience of supplier quality management.
3.Quality tools skilled (APQP, PPAP, PDCA, 8D)
4.Lean 6 sigma & Kaizen knowledge is preferred
5.Certificated audit experience
