About the role
The primary focus of the role is to drive member engagement by delivering relevant information and education that supports members goals and financial wellbeing. It is a pivotal role in the acquisition of new members, retention of existing members and the overall development of relationships and brand with key employers, unions and associations. The role will require travel within Sydney to different locations. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Role Responsibilities
- Member Engagement Delivery
- Deliver in person individual and group member/non-member engagement sessions with the aim to increase engagement and acquisition including Workplace seminars, workplace trade stands, expos
- Deliver virtual webinars
- Drive engagement initiatives with partner stakeholders such as employers and associations to highlight benefits
- Represent fund at Member events such as union conferences
- Planning and Continuous Improvement
- Measure and review education activity effectiveness
- Work with stakeholders to ensure invitation, promotion, RSVP management, organisation of educational material
Your Skillsets and Experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and representational skills with excellent facilitation skills in 1:1 and 1:many settings
- Comprehensive knowledge in superannuation (desired)
- 3+ years in member focused roles
- Ability to understand complex legislation and plan details to translate knowledge into content
- Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
