• Leading and managing all site operations on a large-scale civil engineering project.
• Overseeing the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Implementing and maintaining strict health and safety protocols on site.
• Preparing reports and documentation, managing progress, and resolving any issues.
• Liaising with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Site Agent on large-scale civil engineering projects, ideally within the water industry.
• A strong understanding of construction techniques, health and safety regulations, and quality control processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex situations.
• A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., project management software, AutoCAD).
