As a Strategic Procurement Manager (Performance Management), you will
-Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives and goals.
-Oversee the management of procurement KPIs to drive performance improvement and cost savings.
-Monitor and analyze spending data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
-Lead the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
-Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve the best value for the organization.
-Manage procurement systems and tools, ensuring efficient and effective utilization across the organization.
-Provide training and support to users on procurement systems, processes, and best practices.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying innovative procurement solutions and technologies.
skills & experiences required.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Min 3 years of experience in strategic procurement, performance management, and data analysis.
-Strong knowledge of procurement processes, KPIs, and best practices.
-Proficient in using procurement systems and tools, with experience in system management.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
-Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
