Randstad, the world’s leading partner for talent, is investing in additional Strategic Account Directors, Mid Market to further expand our existing client relationships in Ontario and Quebec. The Strategic Account Director will identify and partner with both our clients and internal delivery teams to broaden relationships, identify new business opportunities, sell our services, and grow the overall client relationship on a multi-site / national level.
What you get to do:
- Successfully prospect and generate revenue from existing national accounts at the highest level (President, CIO, CTO, Senior VPs, etc.) through regular executive calls, visits, executive presentations, and delivery of top-tier value added programs.
- Actively sell Randstad OPTS offerings within your assigned customer bracket and position the right delivery channels to engage & deliver.
- Ensure that Randstad is positioned optimally to influence strategic recruitment and staffing decisions within existing accounts and optimally capture all project and program client initiatives.
- Responsible for attaining overall revenue goals, increasing wallet share, and developing high-level business contacts and relationships across all clients operating companies
- Become an expert in PTS, OTS, iMSP, RIS & Project and Program offerings while partnering with Management and front-line sales & delivery.
- Ensure that Randstad is positioned optimally to influence strategic recruitment and staffing decisions within these accounts.
- Develop a recruitment strategy for prospective clients with an emphasis on developing an integrated approach to recruitment to optimize Randstads existing delivery capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a centralized customer intelligence repository inclusive of organizational charts, media clips, annual reports, current news releases, vertical market analysis, etc., and disseminate amongst the entire client service team.
- Provide mentorship to Account Managers on advanced client development and service techniques.
What you need to bring:
- Proven sales history of partnering and expanding customer relationships and accelerating the pursuit of new business opportunities.
- 5-7 years of demonstrated Staffing and or related industry experience with a keen focus on the development and/or client account expansion in the Mid Market segment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field or 7+ years equivalent work experience required
- Highly accountable team player approach
- Proven success in a very fast-paced, team environment
- Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
- Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan
