Key responsibilities: • Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including raw materials, tools, CNC parts, and finished products. • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to ensure continuous production, especially for CNC and CMM operations. • Receive and inspect incoming materials, tools, and CNC/CMM parts, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. • Organize and store materials, tools parts in an efficient and accessible manner. • Issue materials, tools parts to production staff as needed, maintaining accurate records of all transactions. • Ensure all storage equipment and machinery, including all good working order and perform routine maintenance as needed. • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and free of hazards. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, including receipts, issues, and returns parts. • Work closely with the production team to understand their material and tool requirements and ensure timely availability. • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and any discrepancies. • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a machine shop environment. ...
