- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über eine sehr gute Ausdrucksweise der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast idealerweise bereits mit der Software zvoove Payroll gearbeitet
- Du besitzt die Bereitschaft, Dich in teils komplexe technische und fachliche Inhalte einzuarbeiten und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Du hast eine service-, kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast ein professionelles und verbindliches Auftreten und kannst sehr gut zuhören
- Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrung im Kundensupport oder Vertriebsinnendienst mit Reisebereitschaft (unter 5%)
