- Collaborate with the VC team and portfolio management for accurate financial reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Provide senior managers with financial updates by evaluating and reporting key data points.
- Implement standardized reporting frameworks for enhanced transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate with external accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for audits and compliance.
- Report to the CFO and collaborate with internal teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a closely related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or as a controller, ideally within a venture capital or startup setting.
- Solid grasp of financial principles, reporting standards, and analytical methods.
- Skilled in financial modeling, Excel, and various analytical tools.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities and capable of performing well under pressure.
