You are a motivated student with excellent communication skills who can deal with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment. You are eager to learn, team-oriented and pro-active.

• You are a master’s student at a university in the Netherlands, preferably in the second year of your program;
• You are following a MSc study in Biotechnology, Life Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or related;
• You are available for at least 6 months;
• You are willing to work at least 4 days a week from the Leiden office;

The project will be on either business innovation or process - improvements. It’s a real hands-on experience and on the shop floor where the real magic happens. We will give you the opportunity to try, fail succeed and learn with constant feedback and coaching. These are the areas of the internship program:

• Project management: you will be exposed to and lead one or more real process improvement projects (e.g. cycle time reduction, automation project, modeling projects using SuperPro) that will have a tangible impact on our business. You will be guided o
