- Timely submission of periodic and ad-hoc leasing reports, management reports, budgetary controls and budgeting
- Centralisation, standardisation and maintenance of manuals, templates, reports, forms, letters and legal documents
- System security controls and administration
- Conduct due diligence and checks on new tenants and existing tenants
- Monitor Gross Turnover Sales Figures (GTO) of retail tenants with GTO component
- Update Deals Done/Marketing Fee report
job requirement
- Msc / Degree / Diploma in estate management / building or equivalent
- Experience in drafting contract clauses / Corporate projects reporting / workspace management
- Para-legal who is keen in leasing / property are welcomed to apply
- Working knowledge of real estate practices and documents
- Training given to candidate with no experience
- Able to start work immediately or within short period notice
